How it works

Three steps, start to finish.

  2. Check what is already at homeSearch your spots for glue sticks, or look in the cupboard. Lower the quantity or delete the line. You check and decide. The app does not count what is at home.
  3. Shop, check off, put awayTick items in the aisle. Anything with a spot waits under Checked Off until you put it away, which files it where it belongs.

One limit. Grouping by store uses the store you set on the item. A pasted or photographed list proposes a store only when the source names one; DrawerPilot never guesses a retailer and has no store accounts or prices.

What it does.

  • Quantities and details on each item. Four glue sticks, two notebooks, one red and one blue folder, written on the item.
  • One list for the household. Household members see and check the same list. Invitations are part of Pro.
  • Put items away to a spot. An item with a spot is done when it is back where it belongs, and it can join your inventory there.

Can someone else use the same list?

Yes, once they are in the household. Invitations are part of Pro; everyone invited sees the same list and the same check marks.

Can I organize it by store?

Yes. Set a store on the item and the list groups by it. No retailer accounts, no prices, no stock checks.

Can I start with a photo?

Yes. Photograph or upload a written list and review the items before saving. The photo to shopping list page walks through one.

Will DrawerPilot know what I already own?

No. It can show you what you have recorded in your spots, and you decide whether to buy. Nothing is matched automatically.
