Photo to shopping list
Turn a photo of a list into shopping items.
Photograph the teacher’s sheet or the note on the fridge. DrawerPilot proposes the items with their quantities and details, you fix what it misread, and the list is ready for whoever shops.

Example
One classroom supply list, photographed and reviewed.
The qualifiers that change the purchase stay in the item names: washable 0.77 oz, wide-ruled, 24 count, one red and one blue.

How it works
Three steps, start to finish.
- 1Take a clear photoThe whole sheet, flat, in good light. A screenshot or a PDF of the list works the same way.
- 2Review quantities and detailsEach proposed item shows its quantity and the detail from the sheet. Change a count, fix a misread word, or untick a line before saving.
- 3Save the items you needTicked items land on the household shopping list. Set a store on any of them if it helps.
One limit. Photo review proposes the items on the sheet. It does not know what you already have; check your spots or the cupboard and lower the counts yourself.
What it does.
- Photos, screenshots, PDFs. JPEG, PNG, WebP, or PDF, up to 10 MB.
- Details stay with the item. Sizes and qualifiers are kept in the item name, so the person in the aisle sees them.
- One list for the household. Saved items join the shared shopping list.
FAQ
Common questions.
Does it work from screenshots too?
Yes. A screenshot is an image like any other, and a PDF of the sheet works the same way.
Can I change an item before saving?
Yes. Edit the name, the quantity, or the store on the review screen, or untick the line.
Will it remove items I already own?
No. Anything already on your open shopping list starts unticked so you do not add it twice, but what is in your cupboard is your check.
Does a photo automatically add everything?
No. Nothing is added until you review and approve the items.
