What can I photograph?

A closet, a pantry, a linen cabinet, or garage shelving. Take one photo of the whole unit, straight on. DrawerPilot maps each shelf, cubby, and drawer it can see and lists what is on them.

What about closed bins and boxes?

The scan lists what it can see. For a closed bin, add what is inside to that shelf yourself, and search finds it the same way.

What happens when things move?

Move an item to another shelf in a couple of taps, or add and remove items as the shelf changes. Everyone sees the update.

Who can see my photos and maps?

Only your household. Nothing from a scan is saved until you review it. Inviting the people who share your home is part of Pro, and you can remove someone at any time.

Can I invite a babysitter or cleaner?

Yes, with Pro. They search the same maps you do, so they can find the spare towels and put them back where they go.

Does everyone need an account?

No. Kids and anyone else at home can be given put away and take down tasks without an account. Invite only the people who need to sign in and search the maps.

Can I search everything at once?

Yes. One search covers every storage unit in your household, so the answer can be in the closet, the pantry, or the garage.

What is free?

Free includes 20 photo scans a month and search by name. Pro adds unlimited scans, Smart Search in plain words, and invites for the rest of the household, with a 14-day free trial.
