Quick answers

Who can see my notes?

People can see notes only after accepting an invitation to that home and while they have eligible household access, like your partner, Grandma or the sitter. You can remove anyone at any time.

Does it read my email or photos?

No. It only sees what you upload, paste or share with it.

What happens to the photo I send?

DrawerPilot keeps the original and suggests the details. Nothing joins your notes until you approve it, so take out anything sensitive before you send. Skipping a suggestion or deleting a note does not delete the original upload or its processing diagnostics.

Can I fix a note later?

Yes, edit it anytime. If you replace a note, the last five versions are kept.

Can I use it on my own?

Yes. Everything works with just you signed in. Invite your partner, Grandma or the sitter later, if you want.

Does it work with Google Calendar?

Yes, on every plan. Connect it and pick the events the household should see. Contacts, email and the events you don’t pick stay out of DrawerPilot.
