How it works

Three steps, start to finish.

Provide one sourceImport accepts PDF, JPEG, PNG, WebP, ICS files, and pasted text, up to 10 MB. Each import counts as one use of the Free plan’s monthly allowance.
Inspect each proposal against the sourceEvents, to-dos, and shopping items are proposed in separate groups. The setup time is missing in the note, so it stays missing.
Correct, approve, saveFix a quantity, untick a line, then save. Only approved records reach the household.

One limit. The proposal is a reading of the document, not a decision. It can miss a line or misread a number, which is why you review it before saving.

What it does.

Six inputs, one review. PDF, JPEG, PNG, WebP, ICS, and pasted text.
Units and counts stay exact. Two packs of napkins is two packs, not two napkins.
Three record types from one source. Events, to-dos, and shopping items, reviewed in separate groups.

Common questions.

What kinds of inputs are supported?

PDF, JPEG, PNG, WebP, .ics calendar files, and pasted text, each up to 10 MB. Links to private pages do not carry their text.

Can one source create several record types?

Yes. Events, to-dos, and shopping items can all be proposed from one note and reviewed separately.

What happens when details are missing?

They stay missing. A date with no time is all day, a line with no date stays out of the calendar, and an unconfirmed setup time is shown as unknown.

What happens to the file after import?

The import and its proposal are kept as a record. The privacy policy explains retention and deletion when you close your account.

Can I chat with every original document later?

No. DrawerPilot saves records, not a searchable library of documents. Keep the original where it is.
